We understand that sometimes, the unexpected happens and you may need to cancel your booking.

We allow for a cancelation up till 5 days before your booking. The only thing that we charge you for this is the 3% credit card processing fee -- which is something we get charged by our credit card processor.

IF you are 100% certain about your dates and booking, we provide guests with a 10% DISCOUNT when you make a non-cancelable booking! To do this, all you need to do is use the promo code FIRM10 and you will get the 10% discount when you pay.
