DOG POLICY: We allow for up to 2 house trained dogs, each no larger than 55lbs. We charge a pet cleaning fee of $100 PER dog and require a pet contract to be signed before your stay. After you book we will send you a confirmation message. Just click on the Experiences link to purchase the dog stay (this must be done before your stay).

NOISE: This is a quiet neighborhood. County prohibits amplified outside noise. Please keep the music/conversation noise down during the daytime and evening.

QUIET HOURS: Between 9 PM at night and 8 AM the next morning, please head back in the house. All music, TV, and conversations should be kept to a regular conversation level. Please respect the Quiet Hours, as they are mandated by Sonoma County. Breaking this rule is grounds for ending your stay early with no refund.
