- We love pets, but this property does not allow them. If you bring a pet (and we will know since there are outdoor security cameras) you will be fined $500 through Airbnb.
- No smoking in the house
- Strictly NO open fires/wood burning fires outside
- There are noise restrictions mandated by the county from 9PM till 7AM
- No parties or events
- No outside amplified noise at all times.
- Outdoor cushions must be brought in or under cover if there is rain

Please note: Based on county regulations, no outdoor wood-burning fires are allowed. Indoor wood fireplaces may be impacted by 'spare-the-air' days.

The property is located along a steep single-lane mountain road. If you have a very low car, this could be an issue with bottoming out in some areas.

SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. If you smoke outside, please be sure to keep the area clean and properly dispose of cigarette butts and ashes. Failure to do so or leaving these items behind after checkout may result in a penalty of $200 or more
