The space

This is a centrally located retreat in wine country. This house is perfect for family or friends and has an open kitchen and floor plan, hardwood floors throughout, and a big deck with great views. It's close to the Sonoma Square and many fantastic restaurants and wineries.

The house has a great deck with a BBQ grill, outdoor furniture, and a fire pit that completes the relaxing retreat experience.

Please note that the property has a maximum parking limit of 3 cars only.

This home provides self-check-in. Five (5) days before your stay, you will receive instructions on how to get into the property.

Additional notes

Please inquire about our Concierge service offered to all Standout Stays' guests. Have one of our private chefs come to cook a memorable meal. Book a massage or yoga on the deck. We can also help book and coordinate your limousine wine-tasting transportation.

Please note that Sonoma County has noise restrictions between 9PM to 8AM. Please bring things inside between these hours.

SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. If you smoke outside, please be sure to keep the area clean and properly dispose of cigarette butts and ashes. Failure to do so or leaving these items behind after checkout may result in a penalty of $200 or more

House Rules

We hope you have a fun and fantastic trip. With that in mind, everyone needs to abide by the Sonoma County rental regulations:
- Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am.
- Events, lawn parties, weddings or similar activities are prohibited.
- A maximum of 3 cars may park on the property (1 in the carport and 2 in front of the garage.

We also have rules of our own to ensure the house remains in beautiful shape:
- Please don't smoke in the house.
- As much as we love pets they are not allowed. If you bring a pet (and we will know as there are outdoor security cameras), you will be charged a $500 fine on Airbnb.
