House Rules
Indoor Rules:
NO MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE MAY SLEEP at the house as per the rental agreement. NO MORE THAN 12 PEOPLE MAY BE PRESENT at the house and if not respected will be deemed in violation of our agreement.
NO PETS ALLOWED on the premises.
NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. We are very good friends with our neighbors and respect the peaceful country life.
Outdoor Rules:
NO GLASSWARE OUTSIDE – INCLUDING BEER AND WINE BOTTLES. Acrylic and plasticware are available in the kitchen for outdoor use. No eating when inside the pool/spa. Draining and cleaning the pool/spa due to food or glass, the security deposit will be held and you will be charged any additional fees for pool maintenance.
NO RUNNING IN POOL/SPA AREA. The concrete area around the pool can be slippery. Adult supervision is required at ALL TIMES when children are present in and around the pool. Before using the pool/spa, the liability waiver must be agreed to when agreeing to the rental terms and conditions.
NO HIGH SWINGING ON SWINGS. This can be extremely dangerous as they are meant for gentle use. Adult supervision required when children are on the wooden porch swing (2 person limit) or on the living room white swing (1 person limit).
The security deposit will not be returned if any rules are violated.
