The family room can also seat 6 guests and has a gas fireplace/air conditioning, and includes another work desk, a 55” TV, a large Bluetooth speaker, and a second kitchen area.

Sit around the fire-table and night with your glass of wine and create new memories! The hot tub, is a welcome night-cap with uninterrupted views of the starry night sky.

✔ PETS: Sorry, NO pets are allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $200 per pet or more.
✔ SMOKING: NO SMOKING is allowed in this home. If any evidence of smoking, either inside or outside, is discovered, it will result in a fine of $200 or more.
✔ FIRES: No outdoor wood-burning fires are allowed based on county regulations.
