No smoking inside the the house and proper disposal outside is required.
We love pets, but this property does not allow them. If you bring a pet (and we will know since there are outdoor security cameras) you will be fined $500 through Airbnb.
Per County regulations, quite hours are between 9PM and 8AM. Please bring things indoors during those hours.
Also, the County prohibits any outdoor fires that are not part of a gas fire pit. Burning wood for an indoor fire also may be restricted based on Spare-The-Air days.
